Introducing the Lazuli Voilà 2 and the Lazuli Symphony

Danacable is introducing the latest addition to its “voiced” cable line-up: Designed for the Hifiman Susvara OG as well as the Susvara Unveiled, the Lazuli Voilà 2 is crafted with separate left and right channels from the ear cups to the amp end to yield an even more expansive and pinpointed soundstage than the Voilà. For the introductory period until July 31, a standard 2m Lazuli Voila 2, MSRP $5495, will be priced at $4995. Read Gary Alan Barker’s review on Headphone.guru.

Danacable’s new line of universal headphone cable, the Lazuli Symphony, also features separate left and right channels from the ear cups to the amp end for a more expansive and pinpointed soundstage, compared to the Lazuli Nirvana. Until July 31, a standard 2m Lazuli Symphony, MSRP $4495, will be priced at $3995. Read austinpop’s review of the Lazuli Symphony on Audiophile Style.

Introducing the Voiced Lazuli Cables

Handcrafted in the USA using copper and silver wires in a variety of sheathing options, Danacable’s Lazuli™ cables have long been known among headphone lovers as the go-to cables for many popular headphone models.

Danacable’s new line of “voiced” Lazuli™ cables is custom designed to bring out the best in each “top of the line” (TOTL) headphone while retaining its sound signature. We introduced the Lazuli Voilà for the Hifiman Susvara at the NYC Canjam in March 2024, followed by the Lazuli Vocalise for the Abyss 1266 and the Lazuli Poème for the Focal 2022 Utopia in September, and finally, the Lazuli Rêve for the Audeze LCD-5 in October. In June of this year, we added the Lazuli Voilà 2, “voiced” for the HifiMan Susvara Unveiled and Susvara Original.

The combination of a TOTL headphone and the matching Lazuli “voiced” cable, driven by a powerful amplifier such as the DanaTone™ Head Space™, a reference-level DAC, and quality interconnect and power cables can be the last headphone setup one needs to own.

Read Gary Alan Barker’s review of the Lazuli™ Voilà in the March 2024 issue of Headphone.guru:

“….definitely raises the bar for the HIFIMAN SUSVARA, from what you would expect from a $6,000 headphone to what you expect from a price-is-no-object headphone, competing favorably with the best in electrostatic headphones.”

“As advertised, the Lazuli Voilà opens up the SUSVARA for use with any genre of music without compromising the performance with the genres it was designed for, moving the SUSVARA from the category of a great headphone to that of a spectacular headphone.”

Read Gary Alan Barker’s review of the Lazuli™ Voilà 2 in the May 2024 issue of Headphone.guru:

“The phase linearity and current capacity of the Voilà II bring the SUSVARA to a whole new level of performance, especially when it comes to the low frequencies where control is so difficult… I fully endorse the Danacable Lazuli™ Voilà II Headphone Cable and would recommend it to any SUSVARA owner, more so to those with the SUSVARA UNVEILED, as they are more capable of showing the shortcomings of the audio supply chain.”

Read Peter Pialis’s review of the Lazuli™ Vocalise in the September 2024 issue of Headphone.guru:

“This cable is able to simply bring the best from these world-class headphones and if you simply want the best, then look no further than the Dana Cables Lazuli Vocalise for the Abyss AB1266 Phi TC! Everything across the board was improved, from a more forward and earthy mid-range to more treble detail without any sense of stridency and improved sound staging, you really can have it all”

Here is a YouTube video review of the Lazuli Poème by Wave Theory.

Read Gary Alan Barker’s review of the Lazuli™ Rêve in the September 2024 issue of Headphone.guru:

“We are not talking about a change in tonal balance, or the basic sonic characteristics of the LCD-5, but just more of everything, more detail, more dynamics, more tonality, more soundstage, and significantly tighter bass (not less bass, faster bass, more controlled).”

“All in all, I consider the Danacable Lazuli Rêve Headphone Cable a sound investment and well worth consideration, two thumbs up.”

Limited Edition Headphone Stands

To coincide with the launching of the Lazuli™ Vocalise, Danacable is offering headphone stands, at $149 each, while supplies last.

These limited edition headphone stands are made from solid hardwood and finished in durable satin lacquer. They are currently available in walnut, mahogany, light mahogany, maple, and red. The headband support pad, hand-wrapped in leather, can accommodate most headband curves. Inside the support pad is a thin metal plate that can be slightly bent to provide more or less curve. The base of the stand has three points of contact with non-slip rubber feet to provide stability.

Headphone.guru 2023 Cable of the Year: Danacable Lazuli Rhapsody

Our Lazuli Rhapsody receives Headphone.guru’s 2023 Cable of The Year Award:

“The Danacable Lazuli Rhapsody Headphone Cable did everything a cable is supposed to do, improved clarity, dynamic range, and musicality without making a noticeable impact on timbre and tonal balance, in other words, it does not add its own sound to the mix.” – Gary Alan Baker, DANACABLE LAZULI RHAPSODY HEADPHONE CABLE – A DIRECT CONNECTION

To commemorate this award, we will offer 15% off all Lazuli Rhapsody models until December 31, 2023.

Danacable Introduces Lazuli Rhapsody Headphone Cables

Based on input from our headphone aficionados, Danacable is introducing the Lazuli Rhapsody, a new line of headphone cables.

The Lazuli Rhapsody has the same wire complement as the Lazuli Ultra but uses a braided design with improved sonic performance and more flexibility (the Lazuli Ultra model is discontinued). The Rhapsody comes standard with Furutech connects, has two cloth-based sheathing options (all silver or all brown), and is available in 2-meter or 3-meter lengths.

Headphone.guru Gary Alan Barker gave the new Lazuli Rhapsody a “Two Thumbs Up” in a new review (Headphone.guru, September 2023): “The Danacable Lazuli Rhapsody Headphone Cable did everything a cable is supposed to do, improved clarity, dynamic range, and musicality without making a noticeable impact on timbre and tonal balance, in other words, it does not add its own sound to the mix.”

From now through the end of September, you can get a 15% discount on 2-meter Lazuli Rhapsody standard cables (US$ 1954 instead of US$ 2299).

Custom Lazuli Adapters

We can make custom adapters for your Lazuli headphone cables, starting at US$ 50. Contact us at gingko@gingkoaudio.com for details. Please note that custom orders are non-cancellable.

Danacable Introduces the Lazuli RAAL cable

Back from a race at the Bonneville Salt Flats where he broke his own world record for a motorcycle with a side car, Dana Robbins has designed a Lazuli cable specifically for the RAAL SR1a Requisite headphones.

This new Lazuli cable has a unique all-copper construction that consists of 640 individual strands of two different gauges of OFC (oxygen free copper) Litz wires. It has a very low impedance, a must for good damping with a low-impedance driver like the RAAL.

With its minimal weight and super flexibility the Lazuli RAAL provides a non-intrusive wearing experience with unmatched sound quality.

For a limited time from September 15 to September 30, 2021, we offer US$ 150.00 off the retail price.
